F-TEC Skill Development (Foresight Edutech Pvt Ltd), an NSDC Training Partner, is a Social Enterprise transforming the skills development, vocational training and corporate training landscape. We have a pan India presence with 100+ training centers operated by F-TEC Skill Development with trained manpower and already trained 4 Lacs+ youth in the country. F-TEC Skill Development is a key training partner to the National Skills Development Corporation (NSDC), we aim to train 70K students through 50+ centers in the next 10 years.
Our sole aim is to skill youth and inculcate in them the spirit of employability or entrepreneurship. We provide placement linked training in IT-ITes, Retail Management, Beauty & Wellness, Office Management, Mobile Repairing, DTH Installation, Renewable Energy, Construction, Banking & Finance, and more.
The trainees range from college & school dropouts to 10th pass or those pursuing diploma/ degree and are determined to hone their employability skills. A stringent process is followed at our training centres to ensure holistic development through a mix of domain training, digital literacy, English language and work readiness skills.

Under the aegis of Foresight Society of Human Resources & Development (FS-HRD), we have successfully partnered Central and State Government bodies (Ministry of Human Resources & Development, Ministry of Panchayati Raj, IGNOU, CAPART- Council of Advancement of People Action & Rural Technology under Ministry of Rural Development; Corporates including CII (Confederation of Indian Industries), Glaxo Smithkline and various organizations in social sector for organizing training programs under CSR.
